Solution: Recently, a tunnel under construction from Silkyara to Dandalgaon on Brahmakhal-Yamunotri National Highway collapsed in Uttarkashi district of the state. And after 40 laborers got trapped in the under-construction Silkyara Tunnel in Uttarakhand, a relief and rescue operation is being conducted to get the laborers out of the tunnel safely. The tunnel is part of the Rs 12,000 crore Char Dham all-weather road project.
